Group Dinner Entrees
Create a selection for your group choosing three entrées from each menu. All prices are inclusive of 6% sales tax & 20% gratuity.
Menu A – $19.95
- Venetian Chicken – tender breast of chicken marinated in Italian herbs and seared on the grill.
- Chicken Alfredo – select strips of chicken tossed with alfredo sauce and linguini.
- Crab Stuffed Flounder – filet of flounder filled with homemade crab stuffing and baked.
- Flounder Almandine – filet of flounder topped with cracker crumbs, toasted almonds and baked.
- Sirloin Steak – tender cut of sirloin grilled medium rare.
Menu B – $24.95
- Spinach Stuffed Chicken – breast of chicken filled with spinach and swiss cheese then baked. Drizzled with alfredo sauce.
- Chicken Marsala – tender chicken sautéed with fresh mushrooms and marsala wine.
- Baked Stuffed Shrimp – fresh shrimp topped with homemade crab stuffing and baked.
- Grilled Mahi Mahi – filet of mahi mahi seared on the grill and topped with fresh mango salsa.
- New York Strip – a hand cut boneless strip loin steak grilled medium rare.
Menu C – $27.95
- Venetian Chicken & Shrimp – breast of chicken and fresh shrimp marinated in Italian herbs with a hint of garlic, then baked to perfection.
- Chicken Oscar – sautéed chicken topped with fresh crab, white asparagus spears and hollandaise sauce.
- Grilled Salmon – filet of salmon seared on the grill and served with fresh dill sauce.
- Mahi Mahi Baltimore – mahi mahi topped with homemade crab stuffing then baked. Served with hollandaise sauce.
- Filet mignon – our most tender cut of beef, grilled medium rare and served with sauce Bearnaise.
- Prime Rib (minimum 40 guests) – slow roasted prime rib served with horseradish sauce.
Menu D – $34.95
- Surf & Turf – filet mignon served with a Bahamian lobster tail or baked stuffed shrimp.
- Twin Tails – two Bahamian lobster tails broiled with lemon, white wine and butter.
- Filet Oscar – filet mignon grilled medium rare, then topped with crabmeat, tender asparagus spears and hollandaise sauce.
- Broiled Seafood Platter – fresh shrimp, sea scallops, filet of mahi mahi and Bahamian lobster tail broiled with lemon, white wine & butter.
All menus served with fresh baked bread, house salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and vegetable medley. Menus A & B served with rice pilaf. Menus C & D served with roasted rosemary potatoes. All menus include coffee, tea and soft drinks.
