Easter Surfing Festival

On March 29th through March 31st, 2013 the 49th Easter Surfing Festival will be staged at the Landmark Cocoa Beach Pier, Shepard Park will be utilized primarily as a parking destination to accommodate event overflow parking.

Surfing Competitions will include the Steven G. Casanova P.A. $2,500 co-ed short board pro/am and the SolrX $2,500 Junior co-ed short board, the Ron Jon Surf Shop $4,000 co-ed pro/am open, Kronic Boy’s 14 and under Short board, the D.S.R. Menehunes and Girl’s under 12 divisions, also the Paddle board House $1,000 co-ed S.U.P. event -the East Coast Dog surfing Championshio and the Crowd Control $500 winch tow in for biggest air- rounding out the competition will be the Florida State Paddleboard Championship and the Skim City Easter Bunny Skim Bash. We will award a Distinguished Easter Surfing Championship trophy to all winners (1st – 4th). Spectators will have a chance to learn Surfing and Skim Boarding via on site clinics, participate in celebrity signings, attend an Easter egg hunt or listen to the Dweebs presented by 69 Slam in a daytime musical performance, enjoy evening entertainment with movies, Bands, parties, and experience a Sunrise Service at either site.
